Jabal Omer Development Company
Nominated by the CEO and appointed by the board as CPMO to turnaround the PMO department, structuring it into an organization being ready for spinoff. Scope assigned included assessing actual construction progress for ongoing projects, estimating cost to complete, developing strategies to optimize constructability to deliver the projects within the required timeframe overcoming delays, and mitigating cost overruns.
The task was accomplished in December 2017 by submitting a detailed report to the board with recommendations and an executable action plan.
